We are more than an online wagering platform. 99kiss is a community, an experience, and a long-term commitment to Malaysian players who deserve the best.
Who We Honestly?
99kiss started with a simple idea: Malaysian players deserve an online wagering platform built truly for them – not a foreign platform adapted as an afterthought. From language and payment methods to game preferences and customer support hours, we designed everything with Malaysian users as the priority.
Our journey began over five years ago. Back then, Malaysia's online betting market already had major players, yet many users were still complaining about slow platforms, confusing interfaces, lengthy withdrawal processes, and customer support that was nearly impossible to reach. We saw that gap not as competition, but as an opportunity to build something better.
Today, 99kiss has grown into one of the most actively used online wagering and slot platforms in Malaysia. Over 500,000 registered members have trusted us with their gaming experience – and that number keeps growing every month. But for us, numbers are just a measure. Our true success is the trust shown by every player who comes back to 99kiss day after day.
Mission, Vision & Core Values
Three principles that guide every decision we make at 99kiss
To provide Malaysian users with a safe, fair, and enjoyable online wagering platform – powered by best-in-class technology, fast payment processing, and truly responsive customer support.
To be the first-choice wagering platform for every player in Malaysia – not because we are the biggest, but because we are the most trusted, the easiest to use, and the most consistent in delivering a quality gaming experience.
Transparency in every transaction, fairness in every game, responsibility for member well-being, and continuous technological innovation – four values we never compromise on.

Journey 99kiss
Five years is no small feat in a fast-moving tech industry like this. Every milestone we have reached is the result of our team's hard work and the continued trust of our members.
99kiss launched in beta with 50 slot games and a support team of 10. Within three months, over 10,000 members had registered.
Live sports betting and live dealer casino were introduced. The number of game providers grew to 15 leading international suppliers.
The native 99kiss app for Android and iOS launched. In its first week, over 50,000 active users accessed the platform via mobile.
A major milestone – 99kiss reached 100,000 monthly active members. Infrastructure systems were upgraded with next-generation cloud technology for greater capacity.
99kiss is now one of the most active online wagering platforms in Malaysia, with over 500,000 members and more than 1,000 game options.
Values We We Stand By
Behind the sophisticated platform and extensive game library lies a set of values that underpins everything we do. These values are not just written in internal documents – they are reflected in every product decision, every customer support response, and every platform update we release.
Every bonus term, every withdrawal condition, and every platform policy is written in clear, easy-to-understand language. We do not believe in hidden terms that work against our users.
All games on 99kiss use an RNG (Random Number Generator) audited by independent international bodies. Every outcome is completely random and cannot be manipulated.
We never settle for the status quo. The 99kiss development team is constantly working to improve the user experience, add new features, and keep our platform relevant.
We are committed to responsible gaming. Play management tools, deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and account self-exclusion options are available to all members, no questions asked.

Over 20 engineers dedicated to keeping the platform running smoothly, securely, and stably at all times.
A multilingual support team ready to assist with every enquiry and issue within minutes.
Cybersecurity specialists monitoring systems around the clock to keep user accounts and data protected at all times.
Ensuring every deposit and withdrawal is processed accurately, quickly, and in full compliance with established regulations.
Commitment We to Malaysian Users
One thing we often hear from new members who have just switched to 99kiss is: "Why didn't I find this platform sooner?" That question always brings a smile to our faces – not out of pride, but because it reminds us why we exist.
Malaysia is a unique market. Users here are savvy, know what they want, and have no hesitation switching platforms if the experience falls short. We respect that about Malaysian users, which is why we consistently strive to deliver our best – not just occasionally, but every time you log in to our platform.
Our commitment to you is straightforward: every legitimate win will be paid out, no questions asked. Every complaint will be taken seriously. Every piece of feedback will be considered in platform development. And every ringgit you deposit will be managed with full accountability. This is the 99kiss promise to every member.
We also know that trust is not built overnight. It is built through consistency, through actions that match words, and through the willingness to acknowledge and fix mistakes when they happen. We are not perfect – no platform is – but we are committed to always being better than yesterday.
